Renting out
Offer items or objects for rent for a period and earn on the side.
Create a listing
Create a rental listing with photos, rental price and availability – for short-term rental or longer periods.
Manage requests
Rental requests run through your member area. You confirm periods and clarify details in chat.
Fee & process
A brokerage fee staggered by rental value applies. It arises when you confirm — you do not pay it up front, it goes on your next invoice once the rental has run. You arrange handover and return directly with each other.
Hourly rental & turnaround time
Besides day, week and month, you can rent by the hour in suitable categories (e.g. vehicles, tools, equipment) – just add an hourly rate. The turnaround time (in minutes) blocks a buffer between two rentals so you can take the item back and clean it before the next customer gets it. The same turnaround time is available for bookings.
Rates per time unit
Set a time unit for each rate – per hour, per day, per week or per month. The price and the minimum and maximum duration then apply in exactly that unit (e.g. a minimum of 2 with the unit 'per day' means 2 days). You can offer several rates; when making a request, renters choose the period in the matching unit – with a time of day only for hourly rentals.
Service fee
Optionally you can charge a one-off service fee per rental (e.g. for cleaning), on top of the rate. It is shown to the renter separately and transparently and applies only once, regardless of the rental duration.
Deposit
Optionally you can set a deposit. It is due at handover and fully refunded when the item is returned in good condition. In case of damage you can keep part or all of it, stating a reason. For real estate the usual cap of at most three months' rent applies.
