Fee on pickup (after handover)
For pickup sales you pay the small sale fee only AFTER the handover — not before. The buyer contact is released immediately and free of charge.
How it works
When you sell for pickup, you get in touch immediately and for free. The sale fee only arises once the handover is confirmed (or the handover window has elapsed) — a fixed percentage of the sale price, capped (current values on the fees page).
The window runs for 14 days from the purchase. Within that time you arrange the pickup appointment — you can reschedule more than once, but always inside the window. After that no appointment can be arranged and the transaction closes by itself. If one side confirmed the handover, the sale counts as concluded; if neither did, it is cancelled without a fee.
Paying
After completion you have a few days to settle the fee. You receive timely email reminders.
If it isn't paid
If the fee stays open after the deadline, your account is temporarily limited. As soon as you pay, it is unlocked again right away.
Why it works this way
You take no risk: contact is free, and you only pay if the sale actually happens.
