With buyer protection your money is held in escrow until the item has arrived and is as described. You clarify questions right in the chat – so you trade with peace of mind. Always pay through Fundort — never directly to the seller, in cash or outside the platform, otherwise buyer protection does not apply.

On Fundort, identity and address can be verified. Anyone offering shipping has to: sellers prove their identity and bank details before they may ship. Buyers need no verification of their own — the payment-side check is handled by the payment provider.

This keeps it traceable who stands behind a shipping offer, suspicious activity surfaces earlier, and a shipment's route can be followed.
