Export data & delete account
You're always in control of your data: you can export it and delete your account yourself — GDPR/revDSG-compliant.
Data export (access request)
In Settings under Data & account you download a full export of your data.
Delete account
In the deletion area you start the deletion — with password confirmation for safety. Your account is scheduled for anonymization and remains reactivatable for 30 days (just log in again). After that your personal data is irreversibly anonymized.
What is retained
For legal reasons (e.g. accounting, disputes) certain business data such as completed sales and invoices is retained — but without your personal identity data. Sensitive data is stored encrypted and strictly access-restricted.
When it can't happen immediately
Ongoing business (open auctions, pending sales/bookings/rentals, open buyer-protection cases) must be completed first — they postpone the deletion until nothing is open.
