Transparent and fair — you only pay when you actually sell or rent.
Sale & Auction
One commission, only on a successful sale. For shipping 0 % of the item price (minimum CHF 0.00, capped at CHF 0) — buyer protection and secured payment are included. For pickup 0 % (minimum CHF 0.00, capped at CHF 0), because you check the item on the spot and no payment runs through Fundort. No commission on shipping costs.
Buyers never pay a fee on Fundort — just the purchase price and shipping.
Shipping outside Fundort — no buyer protection. If you nevertheless agree on shipping in the chat, that is allowed, but it then runs entirely outside Fundort: payment goes directly from person to person, with no escrow. If the parcel does not arrive, arrives damaged, or the item does not match the description, there is no refund via Fundort, no claim and no dispute resolution. You have to settle it directly between you, in court if need be. Such a shipment is at both parties’ own risk; Fundort accepts no liability for it.
Holidays, travel & services
Flat booking fee when you confirm a request: CHF 0 up to a booking value of CHF 0, CHF 0 up to CHF 0, above that CHF 0. No percentage commission — you only pay when you confirm.
You pay the matchmaking fee as the provider, never the person booking. Fundort only charges the fee once both sides confirm and the contact details are released — if the request is cancelled or declined before that (no matter which side), no fee arises at all. From the moment the contacts are released, the introduction has been delivered and the fee stands, even if the booking is cancelled later.
Renting
Flat introduction fee when you confirm a rental request: CHF 0 up to a rental value of CHF 0, CHF 0 up to CHF 0, above that CHF 0. No percentage commission — you only pay when you confirm.

Fundort only charges the fee once both sides confirm and the contact details are released — if the request is cancelled or declined before that (no matter which side), no fee arises at all. From the moment the contacts are released, the introduction has been delivered and the fee stands, even if the rental is cancelled later.

One-time from CHF 0 per listing (1-month runtime) — longer runtimes cost more in total but less per month. No recurring monthly fee.

Optional extras
Three boost levels from CHF 0.00, each including everything from the one below: “More visibility” (a mark on your listing and one repositioning), “Top listing” (plus a fixed slot above the results in search and category) and “Maximum reach” (plus the homepage and recommendations on other listings). Billed by the day, at most until your listing runs out — entirely optional.
