Selling

Create your listing via “Post an ad”, choose category, images, price and shipping/pickup. Prices start at CHF 1.– (except for “Giveaway”); odd amounts such as CHF 25.65 are fine. Manage the status (active, paused, completed) under “My Listings”.

Sold items appear under “Incoming sales”. For shipping, pack the goods and dispatch the parcel; for pickup, arrange a time in the chat.

For buyer-protection/escrow purchases the amount is released once the buyer has received the goods and paid out to your verified IBAN. Verify your IBAN beforehand in the account settings. Payments always run through Fundort — never directly, in cash or outside the platform, otherwise buyer protection does not apply.

For shipping sales, mark the parcel as shipped in "Incoming sales" – ideally with a carrier (Swiss Post, DPD, DHL, UPS) and tracking number. The buyer automatically receives an email with a tracking link. Without tracking you must confirm shipping at your own risk – you then lack proof of shipment in a dispute.
