Your settings

Set your language (German, French, Italian, English).

For email notifications you decide per type: suggestions, new listings from your favourite sellers, watched items, inquiries and newsletter. Frequency per type Off / Instant / Daily. The “pause non-essential notifications” switch stops them all at once. The in-app bell can be controlled separately.

Decide whether others see your online status, read receipts and the “typing…” indicator.

• Defaults for new listings: pre-fill handover type, shipping fee and duration.
• Auto-relisting: publish expired listings again automatically (regular and auction) — and how many times that should happen before the listing ends. Both can be changed on the individual listing at any time.

Away? Vacation mode pauses your listings and shows interested users an away message — nobody waits in vain.

• Login alert emails when signing in on a new device.
• Change password via a secure email link.
• Change email address (with confirmation).
• View and remove trusted devices.

Download a data export at any time (all your data). You can delete your account yourself — with password confirmation, reactivatable for 30 days; open transactions temporarily prevent deletion. See the account-deletion article for details.

At the very top of the settings page, one button puts your preferences back to their original state: email and in-app notifications, chat privacy, automatic relisting and the default values for new listings.

Your sign-in details and your protection are not touched: password, username, email address and two-factor sign-in stay unchanged, as do trusted devices, sign-in email and SMS code. Newsletter and personalised suggestions also stay off if you unsubscribed — we never switch a consent back on for you. Holiday mode, language, listings, messages, reviews, bookmarks and the block list stay as they are too.

Before resetting, a dialog shows you both lists once more.
